Physical Products
Physical products include: lingerie, clothing, accessories, and more.
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return conditions:

The item has not been worn, washed, or altered

The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached

The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned.
Underwear (panties) cannot be returned under any circumstances due to hygiene regulations.
If you purchased a set (panties + bra), the bra may be returned separately provided all standard return conditions are met: unworn, in original packaging with tags attached, within 14 days of receiving your order.
The refund will be issued proportionally to the price of the bra within the set.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Digital Products
Digital products include: sewing patterns, books, courses, and more.
Due to the digital nature of these products, returns and cancellations are not possible once the file has been downloaded or opened, or access to the materials has been granted. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
If you experience any technical issues with downloading or accessing your purchase, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist you.
Services
Services include: consultations, custom tailoring, and more.
Order cancellation:

Cancellation is possible within 48 hours of placing the order — full refund

Cancellation after work has begun — a refund is not available or may be partial, depending on the stage of completion
Custom tailoring: as each item is made to your individual measurements, returns of completed garments are not possible, except in cases of manufacturing defects. If a defect is found due to our fault, we will remake the item or issue a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return
Please contact us using any convenient method, providing your order number and reason for your request. We will review your application within 1–2 business days.
Transaction Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a transaction, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped — the transaction may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

If the order has already been shipped — cancellation is not possible. Please use our standard return process once the item is delivered.

For digital products — cancellation is not possible once access to the file or materials has been granted.

Refunds for cancelled transactions will be returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
